Are you setting goals as it relates to your Ardyss Distributorship? You should at the very least have 1 year, 5 year and10 year goals for what you want to accomplish with your distributorship. One of the exercises I use everyday is what I will call the “Daily Goal List” exercise. It works on the basic principle that “What you IMPRESS you EXPRESS”.

What do I mean by that? Whatever you IMPRESS on the subconscious mind through repetition and emotion will be EXPRESSED in your daily life, circumstances and events. The best way to do the impressing is with a consistent plan of action. That’s where the “Daily Goal List” exercise comes into play.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

1. A spiral notebook that is small enough to carry around with you all the time

THE PROCESS

Every day you will write out a list of 3-5 goals related to your Ardyss distributorship. This will be done without referring to any previous lists you may have created. Your goals will be written to make sure they are present, positive and personal.

For Example:

I have an Ardyss Distributorship that earns at least $10,000/month.

This goal statement is personal (i.e. I )
This goal statement is present (i.e. Have as in now)
This goal statement is positive (i.e. states what you want versus what you don’t want)
This goal statement has a timeframe for completeion (i.e. every month)
This goal statement has a validation method (i.e. at least 10,000)

The other thing this exercise will do is let you know how serious you are about your Ardyss Distributorship. If you can’t find the 5-10 minutes a day it takes to complete this exercise then you should ask yourself how serious are you about being successful with this venture? If you are able to complete the exercise as stated then what you will find is that the goals you really want will continue to show up and in about a month you can expect this whole process to start to create some dramatic shifts regarding the EXPRESION of the goals that are being IMPRESSED.
